Frequently asked questions

What if we don’t have a website yet?

That’s fine. We listen to what you do and build it from scratch. A few photos and a line or two about you are enough to start; leafeep asks for anything else along the way.

Do you work with clinics, law firms or tax offices?

Yes. We check the advertising rules for your field before writing. If wording might be prohibited, we confirm with you before it goes live, and we explain why if a request clearly breaks the rules.

Can I keep my current web address?

Yes. We connect your current address to the new website. The domain stays in your company’s name, and you pay the registration fee directly to the registrar. If it is registered to your previous agency, we show you how to move it into your name at no cost.

Does the 24-hour update include weekends?

Yes. What you send goes live within 24 hours on any day of the week. If something will take longer than a day, we tell you when it will be done first.

Are new pages and layout changes included?

Yes. Adding pages or sections and changing the layout of your website is part of the subscription. Online stores with payments, accounts or orders, booking and other business systems, photography and video, new logo design, professional translation and domain email are quoted separately first, and nothing starts without your agreement.

When and how do I pay?

₩50,000 a month, starting the day you see the new website and decide to use it. Paid yearly, it is ₩600,000. Nothing is charged before then, and there is no contract or cancellation fee.

What happens to the website if I stop?

You can stop any time with one message. If you pay monthly, we look after the site until the end of the month you paid for; if you paid yearly, we refund the remaining months. We hand over the whole website at no cost, and the address stays in your company’s name.

What happens if leafeep closes?

We will tell you at least three months ahead. From that day we keep looking after your site without charge and move the whole website to your own accounts within that time. The domain has been in your company’s name from the start, so you never lose the address.

What’s included and service terms

Included in ₩50,000 a month

We build a new website covering what you do, who you are, your news and how to reach you. Desktop and mobile layouts, hosting, a secure HTTPS connection and server management are included. There is no setup fee. It costs ₩50,000 a month, or ₩600,000 paid yearly.

If you already have a website, we rebuild it keeping your text, photos, logo and colors; if not, we listen to what you do and start from scratch. The domain is registered in your company’s name and you pay registration and renewal fees directly to the registrar. leafeep handles the connection and renewal dates. If your current address is registered to a previous agency, we show you how to move it into your name at no cost.

Care after launch

Send the text and photos you want changed by text message, KakaoTalk or email, and they go live within 24 hours. There is no limit on how many. We let you know once it is done and fix right away anything we got wrong. If something will take longer than a day, we tell you when it will be ready first.

Adding pages or sections and changing the layout of your website are also included. We ask first whether there is news worth posting and check that inquiries reach you. We keep track of domain and certificate expiry and send short notes on what changed and what to do next.

For fields with advertising rules, such as clinics and tax, law or patent offices, we confirm any wording that might be prohibited before it goes live.

What the subscription does not include

Online stores with payments, accounts or orders, booking and inventory systems, photography and video, new logo design, professional translation and setting up domain email are not part of the monthly subscription. If you need them, the scope and cost are quoted separately in advance, and we never charge extra without your agreement. Turning down a quote does not affect your subscription. We do not guarantee new inquiries, sales or search rankings.

We show you first; you decide

Leave your phone number and we’ll say hello by text, then build your new website first to show you. If it isn’t right for you, it ends there at no cost. We do not ask for payment details at this stage.

The subscription starts on the day you decide to use it. Before that, we give you one page covering the site structure and address, price and payment method, and how cancelling and handover work.

When you stop

There is no contract or cancellation fee. Tell us by text, KakaoTalk or email and the next payment stops. If you pay monthly, we look after the site until the end of the month you paid for, or hand it over right away if you prefer. If you paid yearly, we refund ₩50,000 for each remaining month.

The text and photos on your website are yours, and you are free to use, change and move the design and code leafeep made for you. When you stop, we hand over at no cost every file needed to run the site as it is, the original text and photos, and the domain connection details. If you like, we move it to your own accounts and confirm it is live.

If leafeep closes

We will tell you at least three months ahead. From that day we keep looking after your site without charge, and within that time we move the whole website to your own accounts.

How we use your information

Leafeep, operated by Woojin Kim (xhae000@gmail.com), uses your phone number, inquiry and optional name or business name to review and answer your inquiry. We do not use them for advertising. Inquiry records are deleted after 30 days; any information needed for ongoing service is handled separately. You may decline consent, but cannot use this form without it. Do not include other people’s personal information or passwords.

About our form provider

When you submit, your details and connection information are sent securely to Web3Forms (Web3Creative, support@web3forms.com) to deliver your inquiry to our inbox and prevent spam. Its published infrastructure includes India (operations), Germany, Finland, the US and global networks. The AWS storage region is not specified. Request records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days; provider backups follow the policies below. Consent is required to send this form.
